Not even worth a single star, service department has the worst customer service of any place I've ever been!!! Rude, over charging, manager was even rude when I brought my experience to his attention and said flat out that rude behavior was the common practice here! And you guys weren't willing to assist me with the safety recall. Findlay motors actually was willing to help immediately, was friendly, fast, efficient, literally half the cost and took care of my safety re-call!!! I hop everyone makes the switch to Findlay.
Well years ago this facility and it's salesmen made the choice to sell a jeep from under my brother's feet while he went to the bank for a down payment. Now this.... A simple mistake that could have been fatal. Lug nuts were only tightened finger tight. Somewhat understandable that someone was sidetracked or whatever, but regardless, steps were skipped and regulations/rules were broken. The other night I had my car broken in to and my backpack was stolen with my keys in it. Dishman got me right in with new keys and out the door fast. Mind you they were getting ready to close and they still were willing to help me out. I will for sure be getting my next car from them!!!
Tyler in the service department was very rude, sarcastic and no help at all. Because of his terrible attitude I will not be doing ANY business with Dishman Dodge Spokane Valley.

We have never had a better experience buying a vehicle than we did at Dishman Dodge in November. The salesman Tony was awesome, his boss, sorry don't remember his name, was very nice, and the finance guy, Brian Jones, was awesome as well!! I have been meaning to post something ever since our purchase but just got around to it. We will definitely highly recommend Dishman Dodge to anyone and look forward to doing business with them again.
