After buying 4 trucks from dishman dodge I had a issue that they said couldn't be resolved and that I would have to pay for that part(a hub cab wheel cover) I was about ready to be done with them but I received a call from Tom today and he said he would take care of it and have the part here Wednesday for me no cost. We bought our 3rd Vehicle from Dishman Dodge just last night on New Years Eve. However late and even when others were leaving for the night, they remained there for us until we finalized the deal. I've ben going here for 10+ years, but I will not be returning! Went to purchase a new vehicle, they low-balled me so bad on my trade in that I was insulted! Salesman didn't even call back the next day. Bought new Jeep at competitor. Tried to schedule Safety recall service for other vehicle, they practically laughed at me, put my name on a long list, and told me that I'd be "lucky" to have it done by spring! I just bought a Subaru from here and our salesman Jake (not from State Farm) was wonderful!! He was very nice, professional and just a pleasure to work with. I will definitely keep them in mind when we buy again... As long as Jake is still there!
Between the smarmy closing salesman, the poor service department, I would stay clear of Dishman Dodge. The sevice writing women is completely rude and has no respect for your time or the fact you don't have all day to spend waiting for their clueless mechanic.
