We just bought a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country with 7k miles on it. Our salesman was Anthony (Tony) Jones and he was amazing. We brought our youngest 2 kids (14 mon, 2 yr old) and he was there for them just as much for us. He helped swap car seats and even buckled her in too. The little things that helped make this buying experience the best we have had. He wasn't pushy at all. One star, only because it won't let me post negative stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced (or tried to experience, considering how I can't even speak to a live person to get my vehicle serviced). Do yourself a favor a look elsewhere.

Josh I am sorry that you have had a tough time contacting someone here at the dealership. We do have a lot of people on this recall list and we are at the mercy of Chrysler for providing the necessary parts to do these recalls. The list that we have at the dealership is set up on a first come first serve basis and Chrysler is only able to provide a small number of parts per week. Worst sales service ever!!! I went there yesterday… I was greeted at the desk, when I told him I wanted to drive a car that I saw online, he said " we are slammed I guess I could try to find someone for you". I was in barest and upset I did not want to inconvenience him so I turned around and walked out the door of the show room. I will never again return to Dishman Dodge

Dishman Dodge has lots of quality cars, and when things go wrong they do try everything they can to assist you. Just a word to the wise though, please always opt for a warranty because all cars have issues and its better to be protected. The fact that I have no warranty is completely my fault, and still Dishman has done what they could to assist me. Thank you Jake for calling.
