I went in too have new keys keyed and programmed that is it. I never signed for an inspection. They tried to tell me something was wrong with the steering and I had an exhaust leak. They wanted me to have a diagnostic test done. I said nope and took it to my mechanic and nothing was even wrong! I will never buy or use them again.
Horrible business! Wouldn't ever go there again. Buy a Chevy instead !
Horrible experience. Never again will I go here. When we bought our vehicle they forgot to have us sign a paper that we had to drive back an hour out of our way for. Buying the vehicle it has a few minor things wrong they said no problem our service department will fix it. It took 3 trips to fix one problem. They keep saying it was fixed and it never was. Wasted time, money and fuel. I would never buy another vehicle from here or let the service department touch my vehicle. (They left the oil filter loose)
I have never experienced such poor customer service as I did today at Dishman Dodge and I didn't even go in. I simply put in an SOS call because my Journey stopped working. I live in the Everett area of Western WA and am over here for the weekend. I had to leave a detailed voicemail requesting call back. I did this at 8:28 am and it is now 6:50 pm. I have had NO RESPONSE. My dealer in Everett ALWAYS calls me back within 30 min if I call for ANY reason. I would never buy anything from Dishman Dodge.
This was the 2nd car we purchased at Dishman, really great, not pushy customer service. Brandon Jackson listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to talk me into something "sort of close/similar". Very friendly and knowledgeable about all cars on the lot. I have had similar friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service in the body shop and service departments.
This particular service department seems to have difficulty with actually doing what they say they're going to do! WORST place to take your car for any kind of service NO credibility one time might be a mistake but three times is a pattern. I'm sure Dave Smith would be happy to take care of a car with some level of integrity and credibility
