Was told on Saturday that they would have the tire we needed on the first truck Monday morning. Now maybe they will get it by Wednesday. No help for us, as we are from out of town and have to leave Tuesday morning. It is so terrible when someone lies trying to get business. WORST customer service, only want to sell and get you to buy a useless warranty.
I’ve been to both locations, Holland Road and General Booth, and the crew at both are amazing. They’ve been so helpful with replacing tires, fixing tires, and ordering new ones. I will always recommend Discount Tire!
This place was clean, well staffed with knowledgeable people. The prices were fair the selection was great and the speed was mind blowing. I will not go anywhere else again!
Nick and the team met and exceeded my expectations. He was very polite and transparent during our communication. The five other places I researched were either too expensive, not offering the same services, or tried to smooth talk me. I came in needing to find quality tires with a modest budget. I left with peace of mind knowing that my wife will be safe with her new tires. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I’m never buying my tires anywhere else!
