I was in and out today with four new tires in record time. The customer service was excellent - they talked with me about my budget and what type of tire I'd like and then walked me through the options. I felt respected and not taken advantage of - despite my not knowing a lot about tires. I will be back for sure and highly recommend them.

This is the best place ever. If you ever need new tires you better holla at them!! I got a great deal when I bought my tires and it comes with flat repair, balancing and rotations and tire inspections for the lifetime of the tires. I came in today because my tire pressure light came on and I needed a rotation. I was in and out in 10 minutes!!! Thanks for making it such an easy process every single time. Y’all are the best!
I ran over a nail within the last couple of days. Richard met me in the the parking lot as I got out of my car. I was greeted with a smile which immediately took my worries away. The staff was very polite. Great customer service!!

HUGE shout out to Discount Tires on the corner of Dam Neck and General Booth in VA Beach! ( also located in other places!) Plugged a tire and balanced my tires for FREE today. I also witnessed another customer who had a tire that couldn’t be plugged. She couldn’t replace it at that time so they put a used tire in its place so she could drive safely. Again, at NO CHARGE! Super friendly staff! Best experience I’ve EVER had with anything having to do with my car!
