I LOVE going to DiscountTire on General Booth. Their customer service is above and beyond. From front of the store to the shop they exceed your needs in a timely manner and smiles on their faces. They brighten my day every time i’m there!

Best experience, customer service is top notch!!! I had an emergency on the road, the General Booth, Virginia Beach location jumped in , repaired my tire had me on my way in under 30 minutes. The staff was courteous, prompt, explained exactly what they were going to do. When I have the need for tires, discount tire is my go to place. Thank you very much

My low Air pressure light came on in my car so I took it to have these guys put air in my tire for free. While doing so they found that I had a nail in my tire do you professional fixed my tire for free and get me back on the road within an hour. Simply amazing service. The staff were all very courteous and professional. Excellent work guys!
