I stopped in not knowing they closed at 6 (I got there at 5:50) and they still helped me. Most people are grumpy and ready to go home after their work day, but not these guys! They all had the best attitude and great customer service skills. Not to mention my tire was fixed in only 20 minutes. Mike Jacobs the assistant manager was such a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be back. ���

They make buying new tires easy! They had to order the tires I wanted, which arrived within the time frame they gave me. I set an appointment and they had me out of there well within 45 minutes. All of the employees were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Discount Tire, and I'll be a repeat customer.

We have been longtime customers to Discount Tire and have always had good experiences. Today after a flat tire repair this store on Holland was by far the best experience! They were all super helpful, polite, professional and worked fast to get me in and out with little ones asleep in the car. Super impressed not only by the staff but also the store and shop was so clean and organized! Just WOW! Great job guys!
I had a nail in my tire when I got off work. Came into Discount Tire at closing and they provided me with excellent service. They repaired tire at no charge. They turned my bad day into a great one! Thank you so much for taking care of me. I’ll be back!
Excellent service - highly recommended!! Had TPMS issue - light wouldn’t go out but tires all ok - popped in last week and they quickly ran a free check. Result was 3 of 4 sensors bad (over 10 years old so no big surprise) 4th had been replaced last year elsewhere....v costly! I knew they’re available online for $30 each so asked if I bought them, they’d fit them - they agreed. Needed new tires, and after a great review from a friend, ordered a set of tires online that were not in stock. Called to confirm order and to my surprise, they were in stock and was told I come in today for installation. Went in, and within 40 minutes walked out with 4 new tires. I can't say enough good things about this company. The staff is extremely courteous and professional, with the best customer service skills! I highly recommend Discount Tire!
Had an incredible experience here! I only needed two tires. They first offered me the same quality of tire that I had on my two good tires, but when I asked if there was anything cheaper that was still decent he showed me those ones without question! Super friendly staff. I loved not feeling intimidated while buying tires. And I was out of there in less than an hour!!
