First time! Came in for a flat repair and the gentleman that assisted me was friendly and professional. He told me I should be there about 30 mins and he was right! I actually left a few mins early. Great experience and I was not charged for the repair! Thanks guys I will definitely be coming back!

I bought a new set of wheels and tires for my truck. Over the first couple thousand miles, they would NOT balance. We finally came to the decision that we needed to try something else. Keith at the Holland Road store bent over backwards to order new parts, got them in quick, and then took on the responsibility himself! My dad bought 2 new tires a year ago with a 55k mile warranty but after 8k miles they need to be changed. I only got half off because they failed to keep track of the miles that were on the van when I bought them. I was left without a vehicle all day because the under trained idiot using the impact gun snapped a stud when putting the wheel back on.
