Was greeted immediately and they took a peek at my tires and told me how long it may be. They were very busy but didn’t let that disrupt their customer service! The fact they fixed my tire for free was awesome! Only thing it cost was a couple hours which was nothing.

I went to Discount Tire on Holland Road today for the first time. they were very professional and had my car ready in about 30 minutes. I needed two valve stems replaced, when I went to pay they said no charge!!! I was speechless, he said come back to.see us when you buy new tires. They gained a new customer today, I will certainly go back to buy tires and will recommend them to friends and family! Thanks you made my day.
Great Customer Service / Prices!
My service when I had the wheels and tires installed was excellent! Today I went in to rotate and balance them and a nail was found in the sidewall. With out missing a beat they replaced the bad tire! I had purchased the certificates for these tires. No where better to go around here than Discount!
I ordered tires at 9:45 pm friday from another location online after they were closed. I called at 8:00am Saturday they sent someone to go pick up my tires. when i went in they were pretty busy but very helpful and everyone seemed to be working at a steady pace. They had my truck done very quickly while more and more people showed up. I am very pleased with my experience i will go back for all of my vehicles tires in the future.
First Time Coming Here and it Won't Be My Last. Excellent Customer Service. They found, ordered and had My New pair of tires delivered to their store in a day. Went there after work and they installed them today.
