Totally awesome they forgot to tighten my center cap and it came off join down the road. Or they may have forgotten to even put it on. Any way its gone now.
They were great. I had a nail in it. It was in a spot they could not repair instead of trying to get me to buy a new tire that would not match my tread depth or sell me 4 they had a used one that worked great and did not cost near as much. Thank you. I will be back
I've been coming to Discount Tire for all my tire and rim needs. They're always knowledgeable about your tire needs. They put on my rims yesterday with a switch out,and they were fast and did an awesome job. I won't go anywhere else!
Overall, I am happy with the service. The employees were very nice, and it only took them 15 minutes to put new tires on my vehicle. I was charged $100 extra for tire insurance without being asked if I wanted it in the first place. The reason I am upset is the fact that they didn't ask me if it was okay to charge me for the insurance first. I've been coming here for years and I've always enjoyed the service I receive when I'm here. All the workers greet customers and speak to them in a friendly and professional manner. Everyone works hard and efficiently and you can see that they all work as a team together. It's awesome!
Great friendly customer service! Desperately needing tires, I stopped in expecting to spend most of the morning and be late for work. They were done in less than 30 minutes!!! I'm very happy with my tires and the warranty and rotation they offer. I will definitely be back!!
