RecommendedWent last weekend to get my tires rotated and balanced and get sensors put back on, Stephen was very helpful and professional. After I left, my car started vibrating and veering to the right going over 60mph, so I took it back on Monday. Was told one tire was messed up and had to reorder another one. Went back today, CT was helpful, professional and patient since I had another issue when I left again. I will choose Discount Tire every time!
Always busy so expect the wait but the top notch customer service is worth the wait.

I went to the Hendersonville location yesterday and ended up back for more tires at the Madison location today (no fault of theirs).. Everyone was so nice and helpful at both locations! Arrived after work at about 4:50 with a flat to be patched. Got me back on the road in than 45 minutes.
