Customer Service has always been great at the Discount Tire places I’ve been to, but this one was exceptionally good. They went above and beyond when working with me financially; Jake even offered to change the tire himself so I could get out of here in enough time to get to a babysitting job I so desperately needed! Cannot say enough good things about this place! They have the BEST customer service around. Even when it’s slammed they acknowledge you, not just once but usually several staff members, you get individualized attention when it’s your turn whether it’s on the phone or in person. It’s clean and they get you in and out. They also have the best price on tires! I compared them to several places. Have used them twice and amazing both times!

I wish i had known I could make a reservation so my wait wasn't so long (I've been there 3 times now and had NO idea) but other than that they are always friendly, never pushy, and do a wonderful job!
Stephen was great. I needed tires on a budget and he was able to help me get a set of higher quality tires for cheap.
