Every experience I’ve had with this location has been wonderful and today was no exception. I went in for a patch on a tire, everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Lloyd was my salesperson and he was wonderful. He had my tire fixed up in no time and didn’t try to up sell me on anything. (Mr. Bob, give this guy a raise! �). I would highly recommend this location!
They are always courteous, friendly don't push you to buy their products. The workers are very efficient and they will let you know if your tires are safe or not. Mine are six years old and need to be replaced in the near future to be safe. I will be going back soon to get new tires there at Discount Tire. We have been getting the tires for all of our vehicles there for se real years and always had excellent service.
they said a hour and 45 minutes but it only w as 45 nin thqnk you guys cause it was oacked at 8a.m.
Went there for the first time this week. They were very helpful and friendly. I was in and out with a brand new set of tires in about 45 mins. I made an appt online. Def recommend this place.

This place has gone down hill fast. High pressure sales now.....will not honor warranty. They pull out the tire gauge, tell you that you need new tires without EVER looking at the age of the tire. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT has trickled down to staff. Staff tells me a repair on the tire takes as long as a replacement and it will take them an hour and 45 minutes before they can get to my repair.
