I usually utilize the store in Gallatin, which has great service. Wife had an issue with one of her tires and so she went to the Madison store. They quickly found the problem and corrected it, rotated her tires and off she went. Great quick service and job well done!
Sadly, they were off their game on Friday. It took twice as much time to get my tires rotated and balanced as normal. They were busy, but not as busy as they have been in the past when they were much faster and efficient. Every other time I have been at Discount tire they have been fantastic - and fast! This episode will not stop me from giving them my business. They are still the best tire store there is, hands down. I would hope that this was an isolated incident and not a new normal for them.
Went this morning for my balance and rotation. They opened 10 min early. I told Josh (the associate who was helping me, I had to be at work at 9. Before we went back inside he had someone getting ready to pull my car in. My family has been coming here for years and will continue for many years to come.
It took them awhile, but Jacob give me a time, they all where very friendly . Jacob met me out side before I got to the door. Drives great, service great! Just got to have patience, they are busy.
Great customer service, Steve always takes care of whatever I need. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Slow slow slow dropped wheel off was 1:30 wait told them I would just come back tommorow they said they would have it ready they did only problem was it too 1:45 minutes to put it on won't go back
