Saved our vacation! Delayed by traffic and then a leaking tire, the awesome guys at this shop took our problem on 40 minutes before closing on a Friday night. 15 minutes later we were on the road again. You were an answer to our prayers. Thank you!

Will never buy another tire from this place!! I was insulted more than once and I don't need someone too be concerned about my safety I can take care of that just fine! Felt railroaded by staff that was most likely not born when I started working in the tire Industry!!
I told the guy that was putting on my tires late in the day. I saidnow I dont want to be here until 7:00 tonight. He said they would have me out in under an hour. I said really?? Well they done a great job on my car and had me out in 45 minutes:).. That I was pleased with the wait was short and i was happy:). Thats the way a business should be ran:). The only gripe I had was that they didnt have free wifi:).
Great customer service. I have used discount tire since 2008 great service most of the time. Rivergate store is top notch never had an issue.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Made tire buying for the inexperienced tire buyer very easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend and return!

I had an appt yesterday at 2:00 to balance and rotate tires I had previously bought there. As a matter, of fact, our entire family have bought our last 5 sets of tires here. The gentleman that did the work James K Borden, Jr. He was the best. So if you are at this location request him.
