Stephen & the guys worked us in after having a blow out on the freeway - in town for the weekend to be with family & friends & limited time but the guys took great care & got us a new set of tires in excellent time. Thank you!!
I took my jeep there to get a tire fixed and tires rotated. I knew it was going to be a wait. After an hour and a half, they brought my car out but then discovered they didn't rotate the tires. He took it right back and after about 15 min, it was done. He handed me my paperwork and said I was good to go. I asked how much I owed and he said nothing. Amazing customer service! I highly recommend them and I'll definitely be back!!

Discount Tire transferred the warranty on my tires! My previous car died from a deer encounter. We changed out the wheels and tires to the vehicle I bought. I thought I wouldn't have a warranty and/or service contract now, but I stopped in and asked. They deducted the miles I had used on the tires, and the rest of the warranty is now effective on this car. No charge for the warranty transfer! THANK YOU DISCOUNT TIRE!

LOVE this particular store! They have always treated me with the up-most respect, and I have always received quality service from them. Have had to go in several times without an appointment and have never waited over 45 minutes...even on a Friday afternoon when they were slammed!!!
