We have worked with Tim Degus from the Grand Rapids store and always find him to be very professional as well as knowledgeable on products and policy. He always goes the extra mile and follows through with calls and emails . When he stayed with Direct Buy we were encouraged to stay too. He is a good person and Direct Buy is lucky to have him on there team

Hi, I worked with Tim Degeus who is a project coordinator at Direct Buy. If it was not for Tim, I would not have continued with Direct Buy and was almost about to cancel my membership until Tim was assigned to work with me. Tim is really pleasure to work with, he is very passionate about his job and understand customers view point which is very rare with other employees that I have dealt with at Direct Buy. I have been a member of Direct Buy for almost two decades. I have saved tens of thousands of dollars purchasing from the wholesale club. I have received excellent service and Tim D., from the Grand Rapids office has gone above and beyond to provide a great personal touch. My wife and I have been working with Tim at DirectBuy for many years now. He has helped us at all levels of building three homes with materials, cabinets, furnishings, etc. All we can say is that he is the whole package. He is so knowledgeable and professional in all areas of what we needed to do in building our "dream home". What ever he is being paid, it isn't enough! I joined Direct Buy in 2006 when we were building our new house. I worked with Tim Degeus, who is the project coordinator for contractors. He is a great asset to have at the company, he helped me research and select the majority of the suppliers from flooring, appliances, kitchen cabinets. lighting, pretty much everything, and saved us thousands of dollars. I just want to say that Tim Degeus is the only reason I still have my membership. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is always so eager to help resolve an issue. He worked, most times, after hours to help me make decisions and make sure my orders were all set and ready to go. I will say that out of 6 orders I've placed there have been 4 that have had something go wrong.. either it's discontinued or they charged our card with no order.. or things came into the warehouse and sat for weeks before we got noticed they were there... read more

The products are always cheaper. We bought appliances, lights, living room furniture etc. Saved from 25-55% after including shipping. Direct buy has incredible selection and a price guarantee.
