This is my second time to become a member with Direct Buy. The first time (2009) was after a fire in my house. In 2009, there were store fronts and local vendors which was helpful for building materials; however, I saved a lot of money. This time, I am building a new beach house and basically starting from scratch. I have been working on a home remodeling project and the assistance and expertise of Tim D***** has been invaluable. His vast knowledge of the products makes him a HUGE asset to Direct Buy. A few years ago I had a problem with a product that was damaged on arrival. Tim worked doggedly to assist me in resolving this issue.

Building our dream retirement log home in New Mexico would not have happened if not for Direct Buy and our Project Coordinator Alissa N*****. My husband and I did a major renovation and DirectBuy saved us tens of thousands of dollars!! Our home is filled with beautiful, quality items. My kitchen designer Maria Clark was invaluable and my project manager Alondra was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She helped me with everything from floor tiles to buying a complete HVAC system. I have been a member of Direct Buy for over 15 years. The prices are phenomenal and with the demise of brick and mortar stores, Direct Buy is no different than any other online buying. I have bought everything from outdoor furniture to wine glasses to appliances to ceiling fans. I have never had a problem with the quality of products or service provided. My husband and I became members over 3 years ago. Paid off the astronomical price within 6 months. We assumed we would use the membership for kitchen cabinets and a host of other things as we were completely remodeling our home. From the beginning, each visit to the "store" was met with a nice salesclerk escorting me to their computers.
