The Direct Buy team is absolutely wonderful to work with. I recently started building a home and started working with there concierge team (Tim D****) and to say he was helpful would be a massive understatement. Besides saving me 1000's of dollars, he was able to guide me to the correct items to purchase and educate me on all products.

We moved into our new home recently and needed someone to help furniture the house. We worked with Karri W from Direct Buy to pull together the look we wanted for our home (within the budget we had in mind). It was a large project and she worked many many hours with us to understand our liking and house layout. I have had the pleasure of working with Alissa Newman, one of Direct Buy's Concierge Shopping Agents. Alissa has been responsive, professional and follows through on her commitments. I used Alissa to make thousands of dollars of purchases for our new home. She took the time to understand my style and found me suitable options within my price range. I have been asked by the customer service representative I have worked with for Direct Buy to submit a review. I will gladly review the service provided by Tim D, the customer service representative. I have worked with Tim for a number of years now and have consistently found him professional and more than willing to go that extra mile to help me, the customer. My husband and I became DirectBuy members about a year ago because we anticipated buying and remodeling a home. Now our remodel is complete and I just took delivery of our last ordered items, 8 upholstered pieces from a quality furniture manufacturer in North Carolina (Hickorycraft). Tim D from the Project Coordination team was fantastic on all levels and made himself available to us to chat when it was needed. I've been a member with directbuy since 2010, during that time I've made a number of significant purchases with the assistance of local branch staff, as well as through their online system using their concierge feature. All orders have been delivered as promised and on time. One order had a damaged box of flooring which Directbuy remediated immediately, in a seamless manner. All in all our directbuy experiences have been excellent to date.
