If I could give DirectBuy zero stars I would. Been a member for 12 years and the customer service of this company is Deteriorating fast!I have been in the middle of a small home addition (my own home) since June 2022. Ordering products through DirectBuy has been a complete nightmare. Most of the orders I had to submit a "Best Price Guarantee" ticket. I do realize that this business will NOT receive any reduction in rating no matter how many omits are filed....But here I go. I ordered a piece of furniture in early January 2022.. it was to be delivered by March 25. Since I was in the hospital I called to make sure the delivery service sis not just show up. I was told the furniture was at the warehouse about 40 minutes from my home and that before delivery I would receive a call. I called about a week later and was told the item was in transit. Well we purchased there program and spent $3600.00 and they give you two free trips and then we had COVID -19 so we had to cancel first trip and they would let us but you would have to take both trips next year we'll that's would not work because we were all dealing with this viruses so we lost the first trip and then we had one left so we scheduled it this March to go but we had are puppy got bladder cancer and we are dealing with chemo treatments so we get ahold of them and they said you only had 30 day to cancel so it's t... read more

Same story as everyone else. I ordered a buffet that is a match for my dining room set 28 April 2021. Delivery date kept moving out further and further. Finally it was delivered to the local area for delivery to me mid November 2021. On the day they were to deliver I received a call saying the company had not unboxed it until that day and they found extreme damage in the form of broken parts and electrical cords cut. My issue is similar to ****** *'s. My order was originally placed beginning of April 2021, estimated delivery for June. It is now December 21st. While I received PART of my order, 1 piece was damaged (replacement arrival is unknown). NO ONE returns calls, person I need to talk to (I have called 4 days running) is not available, while I do know they exist as I have spoken to them a couple of times, they do not return calls. We have been members with Direct Buy for about 10 years. We placed an order on July 25, 2021 for a coffee table and were given an estimated delivery of ***** weeks. I began contacting their customer service on 10/31/2021 and have now called them 7 times since 10/31 and have received no positive information on the status of my order. Had to cancel a flight to Phoenix in 2020 due to COVID so I had a credit with American Airlines. Decided to travel to ****** in 2022 so I booked my flight reservations through DirectBuy. Since I had to go through their travel agent to ensure my credit was applied, I ended up talking to someone with such a heavy accent and without a good command of the English language; the process took over 45 minutes to complete. Placed an order for some furniture on July 20th, 2020. Delivery was suppose to be at the end of Sept 2020. Early September I got rid of my existing bedroom furniture in anticipation of the new furniture arriving on time. It never arrived.
