Fantastic customer service from Chris. DHL managed to dent the trolley on delivery and chris arranged a replacement to be sent out next day. Will definitely be using this company again!
Terrible website and service. Their website is advertising products and then sending completely different ones, which is illegal. Then refusing refunds, and messages from them in broken English don't make sense. Had to go through paypal and they still refused full refund, they stopped communicating completely as they either couldn't be bothered or couldn't understand English.
