Dr. Fankhauser is both enjoyable in character and knowledgable in medicine. His admirable support of the foster community is matched by a genuine care for his patients. We always feel at ease knowing Direct Care NWA is a call or text away rather than having to schedule out days in advance for health unknowns. I highly recommend him and Direct Care Clinic.

I love love love Direct Care Clinic! My family was THRILLED when Dr. Weeden & Dr. Fankhauser decided to bless NWA with a family-style, old-school, back-to-basics medical office. I truly feel that this is the model all medical offices should follow. Prime example: when I call the office MY DOCTOR ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!
The staff here is so personable. They care about you and your family...actually, it's like an extension of your family you feel so welcome. The medical care you receive is top notch. You won't find anything better !
Best doctor around! It's been an absolute relief knowing I can walk in or call and be treated like a patient and not a number. Dr. Joel Fankhauser has been my doctor for last five years and I could not appreciate him more!

I loved the new office! Such a laid back atmosphere. It was so nice just being able to sit with Dr. Weeden & just talking today. You would never find that kind of time with a regular big time clinic.
