Dr.Fankhauser is hands down the best! He has driven to my house to check on one of my kids when they were sick. He’s so caring.
Dr Fankhouser is absolutely the best! It is hard to find a primary care that will take the time to respond to your concerns and I usually get a response from Dr. Fankhouser in 30-mins or less (whether it's text, email, or phone). Not only that, but he is often able to get me in the very day I request an appointment. He even offered to come with me to an appointment I had with another physician before a surgery. My family has been using Direct Care of NWA and the services of Dr. Joel Fankhouser since they opened. I love the concept, the attention to each patient and the close relationship I feel with these people. The service model is new, but the experience it's more like that of a hundred years ago when doctors made house calls, checked in with patients, etc. It you're looking for a personal relationship with your healthcare provider, then Direct Care is for you. Just saw Dr. Davis for the first time. She is 100 percent awesome sauce! I mean I could have hugged her. I've been through a lot in my life and there wasn't one ounce of judgement in her. You rock my face off doc!
By far one of the best doctor offices I have ever been to. I didn’t feel like just a number, but instead a human, with my questions and concerns answered and never did I feel rushed. I also love the supporting staff, very friendly and professional. I am excited I finally found a doctor that I can trust.
This is the way medicine should be practiced. I hope more clinics adopt this model.
