Dr. Joel Fankhauser has been the most amazing pediatrician and PCP. We are so blessed to have found a doctor as knowledgeable and available as he. His office is so welcoming and his staff is kind and attentive.
Dr. Fankhauser gives excellent care and takes time to discuss all of our concerns each time we see him. He is amazing with our children and has gone above and beyond to serve our family. We are truly thankful for him!
We have had a wonderful experience with the staff at Direct Care Clinic. I recently had a sick child while away on a trip. I texted Dr. Fankhauser, and he immediately responded to my text and advised me on what to do. I am so thankful to have this option for our medical care.
How many times have you called your doctor's office...and he personally answers the phone? � With Drs Fankhauser and Weeden, it happens! Their accessibility is reassuring, and their care is genuine. We have been patients at the clinic for over two years, and have never once regretted payment of monthly fee. It's money very well spent. Our recommendation is very enthusiastic!
We appreciate the ease of getting in touch, being able to get same-day appointments, and just having a relationship with our doctors and their staff. We love the DirectCare model and the people who make it happen!
Direct Care as a patient care model is my favorite healthcare experience, hands down. The DirectCare NWA team is amazing. Both Dr. Fankhauser and Dr. Weeden are caring, well read professionals who go out of their way to help patients.
