We haven't ever had a primary care doctor and now we do! After years of battling with symptoms and being mis-diagnosed we have a path to follow with actual answers! I am also no longer afraid to go to the doc. Our lives are greatly improved with Direct Care Clinic of Northwest Arkansas!
Dr. Joel Fankhauser is incredible. He has always spent at least half an hour with me if not more....every single time. You never feel rushed or like you don't matter. He cares immensely about his patients and it clearly shows. He is always a call or text away if I need immediate answers and extremely flexible to see you in the office right away. The entire staff is so friendly. I 100% promise you that there is not another office in NWA that you will get better care at.
Love this clinic and LOVE both doctors. Dr. Joel Fankhauser has been our doctor for several years. Have always had EXCELLENT care. He took care of my husband until he passed away. Could not ask for better doctors. Dr. Wheaton has been there for us when Dr. Fankhauser was not in that particular day Their nurse, Donna, knows us by name when we call. Have referred them to many friends.
I am so grateful that my family is under the care of Dr Fankhauser and Dr Weeden. For the first time EVER, I know that my daughters have consistent and reliable medical care around the clock just a phone call or a text message away. With today's rushed society, it's hard to find Physical care that provides compassion and empathy - combined with knowledge and strength. Dr. Fankhauser makes me feel like I'm going to visit an old friend and truly cares about my well-being, which is extraordinary with how packed medical facilities have grown. He is immediate with needs and seeks an alternative solution that addresses root cause by delving further into lifestyle and diet choices. Thank you for excellent care old friend!
My family highly recommends Dr. Fankhauser and his clinic. The type of care is highly unique. We always feel like we have all the time needed for our specific needs. We never feel rushed. We also appreciate the close connection we have via messaging, where questions can be answered and we don't have to be seen each time.
This clinic is simply the best ever. Dr. Fankhauser is my doctor and he is amazing. I highly recommend.
