Dr. Fankhauser gives me his undivided attention in my visits and really works to find the root cause and not just mask the symptoms. He's pretty much the best!
We love Direct Care Clinic for our family. They have saved us from many Emergency Room Visits. They are kind, have a great bedside manner, and they truly love their families!
Super friendly staffs as well as the Physicians. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Kids and adult friendly environment, does not felt like you are going for a nerve breaking Doctor's visit at all 😇
Absolutely the best group of medical professionals in NWA, I would go absolutely nowhere else! Not only is their knowledge second to none but so is the care You get. They actually listen to your problem and spend the needed time to solve it!
We love DCC of NWA. Dr. Fankhauser is an excellent doctor who is genuinely concerned about our health and overall wellness. I was initially interested in the clinic because of the cost savings for us, but now that we've been seeing Dr. Fankhauser for over 2 years, I believe the level of care is superior to anything we've had before.
Our family has been so thankful for Direct Care this past year. After only seeing nurses and waiting 23-36 hours to get called back for questions from our our pediatrician we wanted something better. We found it!! We are thankful for Dr Fankhauser and Dr Weeden because many times emergencies aren't during business hours and they always have been there to help our family!! Dr Fankhauser is amazing with kids and so taking my kids to see him is always fun for them! The office staff is wonderful and so sweet too!
