The customer service is second to none. John Pearce who we dealt with us when my wife lost a ruby out of her wedding ring. He was very helpful and proffessional.The jewellers identified that the band had also got very thin after 30 years of wear and tear and they also mended the gold clasps which hold the stone in place. It came back shining and with a beautiful ruby which my wife chose from a selection of stones which John showed her in varying quality.
