Yesterday we went to Dipples in Norwich to ask advice about my husband’s watch. John Pearce was extremely helpful, explaining that due to it being an older Rotary watch, that particular strap was no longer available and due to the fitment a leather strap would be an alternative. However, he offered to see if he could make any adjustments and worked on it for some time. The clasp now stays closed and when we offered to pay there was no charge. We went in over the weekend to look at getting a watch as an engagement present. We were greeted by Weena, who was very friendly and made the experience very pleasant! We couldn't decide initially so reserved the watch until the Monday to give us time to decide, and went back in on Monday and finalised the purchase. Thanks so much for helping us pick out the watch we went for in the end! Will definitely be coming back again!
My wife and I went to Dipples Norwich, a day before our Sapphire wedding anniversary. I wanted a ring for my wife, to celebrate our 45 years of marriage.
