Another fantastic experience with Dion Smith Jewellers. They repaired my engagement ring's broken setting, and re-did the unbroken parts so they should all last the same amount of time. Extremely reasonable price, and great service as always. Will always come here for my repairs. Also bought a piece this time, very cool red stoned signet ring for an extremely reasonable price. Absolutely thrilled with my rings , 25year old engagement ring , had a new band put on the ring and a diamond replaced in hours . Also polished up my wedding ring . Superb service , fantastic job ,highly recommend . Also really lovely friendly and helpful people . Know their stuff . So pleased we stumbled across them whilst shopping .
Dropped a ring off to be resized which was proving difficult as it was a complete continuous band. These guys took a look and told me what they'd need to do and got on with it. Price was good and a text message to let me know when it was ready to collect. Great service and great value.
The customer service has been amazing. I had 3 amber stones set into a gold ring that was my Mum's. Very happy with the finished ring.
