We had a wonderful stay over New Year, gathering with all our friends. The decor is superb, the location top notch and Jude is a wonderful host! We’ll be coming again!
Brilliant weekend in Ludlow. Sneaked up early on Friday for a day of work before the other guests arrived. But what a beautiful place to spend a day working! With the river bubbling past & amazing blue skies. A lovey night on Friday with friends in town (delicious curry from Shapla) and then the most beautiful walk from Dinham on Saturday followed by an incredible lunch from The Fish House. Just the most beautiful location and well appointed home for a group of old friends!
We had a lovely long weekend in January 2026. Jude was so informative and helpful and the house was spotless. Great linen on the beds. Bed was a tadge hard for us but most others were fine. The master was very chilly on arrival so we had to put 3 small radiators in there to heat it up, once it was warm it was great. The only negative was that the stair case is rather tired and needs a new coat of paint and new stair carpet. Also some better lighting in the bedrooms would be nice. So all in all a fab weekend. Dinham Weir House is a really special place in a beautiful setting right on the river beside the weir. We stayed for a long weekend as a group of eight and had a fantastic time. It’s perfectly located – tucked away in a peaceful spot but just a short walk into the centre of Ludlow, which is a wonderful historic market town. The house itself is brilliantly set up. Dinham Weir was the perfect place to celebrate our friends hen do this February. The house is stunning, all of the rooms are beautifully decorated and they had everything we needed. We loved our private chef experience - the bar and dining space in house is the perfect set up for hosting a party. Thank you so much to Jude for hosting us and being so helpful in organising our weekend. Having now stayed at Redford Farm Barns and Dinham Weir and having an amazing experience at both, I already can’t wait to return.
