Noise level is the same as in the wet market. Everyone talks in their highest voice as if it is a competition for the loudest 🙄
din tai fung never goes wrong. the food was great and the service was awesome too, very fresh and understandable with what we need. a great experience will always come back next time.
all the staff there is relatively nice and welcoming . Always come to this outlet for dining or lunch .. hope their service always this tip top .. cheers!
We’ve eaten at various DTF branches over the years but I’m compelled to leave a review because the service we received from the team on 27/3 was exceptional. It was a very busy dinner service but the team (shout out to Shin) was anticipatory, very friendly/kind and efficient. Kudos.
Visited J8 Din Tai Fung yesterday and had a disappointing experience. I ordered the spinach dish, but when it arrived, the top layer of the vegetables was cold while only the inside was warm. When I highlighted this to the waitress, she insisted it was fine because there was still steam coming from the dish. That response didn’t really address the issue.
