The DiMillo family has been serving fine food in Portland since Tony DiMillo opened his first restaurant, "Anthony's," in 1954. In 1982, "DiMillo's Floating Restaurant" opened her doors and became the only floating restaurant on the upper East Coast. Today, Tony's family continue to maintain the high standards he established over 50 years ago.

Clam chowder and lobster, scallop, shrimp scampi was fabulous
I am working in Maine this week. A Texas girl wanted to experience the best of this state so I had to come and visit Dimillos. So glad I did. Loved it!
Excellent everything. From the bread to the lobster and service. Five stars.
We were here today. This was our "first date" 25 years ago. Hasn't changed a bit~ wonderful atmosphere, excellent food and great staff. Keep doing what you're doing! We'll be back again! Off the Denver ~
Great place to eat. My wife's lobster was out of this world and the crab cake were second to none. Kaitlynne our server was the best. The manager Dan even came over to meet us. Great guy no wonder why the food and the service is so good.
DiMillo's is a very favorite restaurant of mine usually. However, yesterday we had a different experience. My sister, Nephew and I went there for lunch., and we were fortunate to get a table in the bar area. The order was taken immediately, drinks came on time but the sandwiches we ordered took over one hour to get to our table. Why? Not usually that slow. Quite disappointed .
By far best restaurant in Portland, our favorite. Food is delicious and you can always rely on a great meal, service is outstanding, atmosphere couldn't be better.
My husband and I had lunch yesterday at Dimillo's. We waited almost one hour for food . I got a warm bowl of coleslaw and a warm rubbery salad that I couldn't eat. Chill the salad please. I did complain, we didn't get charged. Thank you for not charging us for food that was inedible. ���
Food is fantastic, view is awesome and waitstaff friendly and helpful. I wasn't too impressed by the cream brûlée for dessert so that was a disappointment but overall they earn a consistent four stars.
