A place worth visiting food is great atmosphere is awesome. We even stay a second night in Portland just to come back to DiMillo's Make sure if you do visit here that you get the history of the DiMillo's Family and how the restaurant was started.
Best crab cakes I've ever had!! Just wish there was a place in NC that had some this good. Portland a great place to visit and loved eating on the floating restaurant
Good service, somewhat ordinary & expensive food. There are better options in Portland but it is convenient for the tourists.
The best Maine lobster ever! Food and service excellent. Make reservations ahead, always busy.

Service was poor. It is a cute idea (restaurant as a docked boat), if a bit touristy. The food was mediocre. Standard chowder, unimaginative bread, so-so lobster club, nice fish sandwich, and lousy french fries. Pretty much what you would expect from a tourist destination driven restaurant. A mixed bag.
It was our first time dining there and it was a great experience. The food was great as was everything else. The crabmeat rolls were stuffed full and the clam chowder was great.
