The inspector for the condo unit we are purchasing did a through job with both the inspection and subsequent reports (overall and termite). All questions were answered to my satisfaction and needed/suggested repairs were ranked in oder on importance/necessity.
They were very thorough and detailed in their inspection The went over every aspect of what they found and gave us great feedback
