I am so happy with my experience with Diligent. I had a home inspection done on the home I am purchasing and was really impressed with their dedication to the inspection. My inspector, Steven, did a great job and upheld the company's name through the inspection. He was diligent, kind and was able to answer all of my questions. Diligent was actually recommended by our agent, I am very glad that she did. Chris was our inspector. We found him to be very, very thorough and knowledgable in all aspects of the job. He took time to explain everything and was very patient in answering all questions. If I were getting another inspection, I would call Diligent and request Chris.
