For the premium price being charged compared to other inspectors, they did a below average job. The inspection was not thorough at all and there were some huge misses that we are finding our after moving in. Examples like cabinet damage over the range, one of doors not closing, lose electric wire in network panel, HVAC unable to cool in reasonable time etc., These are ones we discovered so far, but I have a feeling now that when we get 11 month inspection from another inspector there will be a lot more that was uncaught.
