I used Diligent and they were impressive and forensic with their inspection. I had drone photos of the roof - and most amazingly - they caught evidence of a “smouldering” in the attic that had been covered with white paint. There was no record of this - even in insurance records, so previous inspections may have missed it. Thanks to them I feel I made the right call on the purchase and it was money well spent protecting me with something as important as a home.
The Diligent Team did an amazing job for my buyer's home inspection. Easy to book the appointment online and quick to confirm. Great communication pre, during and post inspection.
