We are selling our home. We hired Diligent to inspect our home to let us know everything that may come up with a buyer's inspector. We wanted to get in front of any problems. They came on 6/10/202 for 4 hours. They noted only minor problems. We got a contract on the house. The buyer's inspector found pages of items. Several are major. We are now having to rush to get lic.plumbers and contractors to inspect the noted problems to see if they are indeed a problem. If so, estimate the costs.
