Went in because I thought I had strep throat. I told them I didn't have insurance and they were so nice. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Facility was clean and everyone was super nice. And by the time I got home, was feeling 100% better.. Had severe case of sinusitis. Thank you for taking care of me..

This place is a joke and a scam. They charge $650 just to walk in the door and $350 in "medical supplies" which was gauze and a band aid. Nevermind the fact they completely misdiagnosed me before. I would rather die than go here again.

This place billing department is a scam. I have three, yes three health insurances, all given at the time I was there, and still receive bills. My insurance companies state they never received the bills. Today will be the FOURTH time I am sending them (Emergency services) my insurance information, this time through certified mail. They did this before and once the attorney general got involved they wrote off the bill. Due to their billing issues I vowed to never come to their facility again. Went to the ER for a knee injury. Extremely friendly staff, excellent care. Very short weight time! I would highly recommend this hospital.

We took our grandson here and they miss diagnosed him and told us to take him home and he should follow up with pediatrician next week. We instead took him to Children's Hospital who took the time to run tests before making a diagnosis. Had the staff at Diley Ridge actually done some real tests then they would have not wasted 6 hours of our day and put our grandson at greater risk,

I wouldn't take my worst enemy's dying dog to those people. All they do is hand you a prescription or five and tell you to have a follow-up appointment with you family Dr.
