Be honest and upfront about your outrageous emergency room fee of $1400 (not covered by insurance and this is on top of the other fees the doctor charges). Worst experience ever! Terrible service. No diagnosis. No testing of any sort. Said they had no idea what was causing my sisters hives and swelling. Her whole face is swollen and she can't open her eyes. She is covered in hives and sores. Now I'm going to take her to a real hospital where they will pursue and answer and proper treatment. I would give them a minus if I could!
This place mis diagnosed my acute appendicitis as a ruptured ovarian cyst. My appendix went on to rupture and almost kill me. A year and a half later, I'm still dealing with complications from the rupture. Don't go here.
We were extremely dissatisfied with every aspect of our experience at Diley Ridge. The staff didn't seem to be especially concerned for my wife (gave morphine but didn't offer a wheelchair ride to the car, for example), we felt like our bill was outrageous and completely inappropriate for her illness (she had severe heartburn but was charged for "level 5", the costliest level...what would a heart attack or gunshot wound qualify as?), and they completely ignored me twice when I e-mailed to ask questions about the bill. Outrageous bill. Over $3,000. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and they send me 3 different bills totalling over $3k. Ridiculous. Not to mention the actual doctor was only in to see me for about 30 seconds.
