It did take awhile to get us back to a room, but once we were there, it was quick. Absolutely loved it
Absolutely terrible! Every single bill I have received from there was billed as though I didn't have insurance and this was even after they came in, took my insurance card, and updated all my information. I will NEVER go back. When I called to make sure they had received a check from my insurance I told them I was informed if they hadn't received the check they were to call my insurance. The woman on the phone, BECKY, informed me they didn't usually call insurance companies, but she would do it as a courtesy, only to tell me... read more
From the time I walked through the door with my son who was having problems breathing the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable very happy I decided to come here IMO this is the best Er in the Columbus area.
Good, quick, efficient ER and staff. Very convenient for us when we need an ER. Luckily we don't need ER service very often!! ❤️❤️
They are friendly...but what I like the most is cleanliness!! So clean every time I need to go here. The doctors here are really personable... Ty Canal Winchester!
