Facility - Great! Billing - Terrible. Our experience in the ER At Diley Ridge following my son’s auto accident was wonderful. However, they took over 3 months to send us a bill and working through the logistics of getting it paid has been horrible. I finally filed a complaint and was given a 25% reduction in my bill. They told me I would receive a new bill in the mail reflecting the deduction, but I received a bill with the same amount owed. Extremely progressional yet friendly staff from the security guards to the nurses and doctors.
Ridiculous billing practices for a 20 minute visit consisting of taking my blood pressure, poking me a bit and listening to fetal heart rate before being told to go somewhere else. $3,000+ bill. Never returning even if it is 5 minutes from my house.
My mother fell at my daughters birthday party and was sent to Diley by squad. She had excellent care. She was in and out (with stitches, xray and CT scan) in 2 hours. Thank you to Chrissy Hannah for her excellent nursing care. I am not sure who did her stitches, but thank you to that provider as well.
