He tried to help me. I recommend on somebody get a car there from him. I know deal was always unhappy for both but it was not bad time.
Really enjoyed working with Sammy. He was a huge help pairing my phone with the Sportage I chose. He's a very enthusiastic guy and genuinely likes walking folks through the sale. He listened and took whatever time was needed. I never felt rushed or pressured. Everything went well , better than expected. From the walk through to the drive , financing and trade in of my old car and on to my ride home.....really comfortable with the whole process. Well done!

From the moment we walked on the lot, Al Angelo was there to help. He explained so many things to us that I had no idea about buying a vehicle. He gave me a lot of information but also was an excellent listener. He knew what we had to spend and how much my monthly budget was to stay comfortable. From the moment we walked on the lot Al Angelo was ready to get us into our new Telluride. They worked with us to get the price we wanted and he even stayed late to finish the paperwork.
I was welcomed by my salesman Al Angelo. I had leased my 2017 Kia Niro from Al. I was undecided whether or not to get another Niro. My husband wanted a Seltos, which is new this year. Al arranged for us to test drive a Seltos. We wanted a Seltos EX which was not on the lot. Within a day Al found one with a sunroof and heated seats like we wanted.
My salesman was Al Angelo, very very helpful very understanding of my finances, help direct me in the best deal for me, very satisfying experience.
Helpful & Friendly Overall a good experience. Sammy gave me a thorough "tour" of the car and was very helpful with negotiations. We ran into some difficulties with paperwork, but that was largely not because of the dealership; the staff dealt with the difficulties with patience and understanding. A little more communication on fees and paperwork would have been useful, but otherwise a good visit.
