Mikey Criss "asked" what we wanted, "listened" to what we wanted, and "found" what we wanted. When I said I was still looking, he didn't try to strong-arm me. He did however email me photos of the car I liked, which was kind of a sneaky ploy, but it worked because we went back and bought it. I dislike car salesmen in general, but Mikey is one of the two I DO like! If you're looking for a KIA, go to Montrose in Sheffield and ask for Mikey.

We visited this dealer after having been to other dealerships of other brands, and suffice to say our bar was set very low. However, at DiFeo Kia, we were treated to an entirely different experience. Al Angelo really blew us away with his informative presentation, genial and friendly attitude, and dedication to us. He even stayed with us for twenty minutes after official hours ! We had a very pleasant experience, to date our best of any dealership, and it is to Al's credit. He definitely is cause to visit Difeo Kia!!

We worked with Michael Awada and without any questions it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We came in for a 2024 EV6 and Michael took the time to explain everything to my wife as this will be her car. He really treated us like family.
