My salesman was Al Angelo, very very helpful very understanding of my finances, help direct me in the best deal for me, very satisfying experience.
Helpful & Friendly Overall a good experience. Sammy gave me a thorough "tour" of the car and was very helpful with negotiations. We ran into some difficulties with paperwork, but that was largely not because of the dealership; the staff dealt with the difficulties with patience and understanding. A little more communication on fees and paperwork would have been useful, but otherwise a good visit.
Al Angelo was very helpful and nice! Made our car buying experience as smooth as possible. We were in and out of the dealership within reasonable timing.
Al and Mike I recently purchased a 2020 KIA Sorento LX just before the lease on my KIA 2017 was ending. I worked with Mike via email (which I prefer) who found the right vehicle and the right price. When I came to turn in my lease and pickup the new vehicle everything was as expected and Al handle all the details. He couldn't have be nicer. Only issue was KIA changed the default radio in the LX and it no longer came with Sirius which was a disappointment. Amazing overall experience. Didn’t charge me the extra fees the last dealership tried to do. After test driving all day Saturday I’m glad we stopped at Kia before giving up.

Pushy, Rude Sales Manager My salesman, Ty, was fantastic! He was helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and did not pressure us. However, I would definitely not recommend anyone to deal with Michael Delise, the General Sales Manager. He was rude, nasty, pushy. He was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered.
