The first time I ever been in and didn’t feel pressured into getting services I couldn’t afford at the moment. I was treated well and taken cared of in a comfortable manner.

So far I have purchased two vehicles here since 2019. I love the sales staff and they're like family. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the service department. They have high turnover and every time I develop a trusting business relationship with one they're gone. I called today to make an appointment for an oil change and the guy tells me on the phone we don't do that anymore you'll have to book it online. I book online and it's over one week out. Violation of California Code, Vehicle Code - VEH § 11713. 1 5/24/24 a Google internet search pulled up a new Kia KNDCR3LE9R5145100 listed for $21,700. I checked Edmunds and iseecars websites, and same price. Internet sales manager ANNA CUEVAS responded to my email with links and verified my findings, said they would honor their offer. Chris Skwiat was the best car salesman we could have asked for. He was thorough and very patient even with our extensive list of questions. We never felt rushed into a decision and felt like he was truly listening to our needs. If you want a comfortable and honest car buying experience, go here and ask for Chris.
