Arrived at scheduled appointment time, when I arrived was promptly processed. John showed me the waiting area, kept me appraised of work in process. Vehicle maintenance was completed ahead of schedule.

Terrible dealer. I will never be going back to Irvine Kia. Watch out for the $1495 they add on for CA Theft recovery . They won’t remove it even if you don’t want the service. We went to Huntington beach Kia and got a far better deal without this unwanted add on that Irvine insisted they would not remove.

Rachel and Bob took very good care of me at Montrose Kia. I took my vehicle in for service and I was shuttled home and back to the dealership when my vehicle was serviced. The service took about an hour and a half, I am very pleased.

I love the KIA Savannah Dealership. It starts with General Manager Reggie Moore. I am a lifetime KIA customer. Best car for the money. Brian Buxton is my sales guy and Abby takes car of my servicing. I continue to make referrals to KIA.
