Kia Lease. We were met at the door by our Consultant Renata Picioccio and shown seats at a table. We had Leased a KIA on two other occasions but this was the first time we we looking to lease with a trade in as down payment. The process went fast for us and we were out of the Dealership within 3 hours which was great for us.We had a problem with the title for the Trade In but Renata took care of it and it went smothly. My first tme in a Kia dealership The Product Consultant Sammy, explained all of the necessary functions to me,. he answered every question we had, and encouraged us to ask questions. I had never driven any Kia before, and my present car was 14 yrs. old.A lot has changed.
Let me start off by saying Simon is the best! I just got my new car this past Thursday. He was friendly, Professional, honest and just all around amazing from the start. From picking out the car, to signing all the paperwork he made sure I understood and was ok with everything during such a stressful time with this pandemic.
