Ever since purchasing my Dodge Journey (at a different dealership), I've been taking it to Dick Poe for maintenance. I've never had an issue. I usually deal with Roger and let me say he is awesome. He is straight forward and doesn't give you the run around. Took my car in for a tune-up and a clicking noise and he called me back within the hour to let me know what was going on. I wish i could rate a zero Was not told over all sale value untill it was time to sign the contract and being a dumb kid buying his first car i signed it. They took advantage of me and well taught me a lesson the hard way O and sold a car that had faulty air bags... Totaled it and not a single one deployed in a 40 mph accident. I would rather break my arm over recommend them to anyone else. Th are worse than lawyers nothing but a ton of manipulative conartists.
