Dick Poe Dodge set a new standard for me today ! I love this company. Their customer service is fantastic. Our salesperson, Adrian Rodriguez, really went the extra mile for us and we appreciate it. We just purchased our 4th vehicle from the Dick Poe Family, and the service was excellent! Our salesman, Rick, is knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to provide answers to all our questions! My some whose in the military was looking for a car last year before he deployed. We went to Dick Poe since their ads state the are "a military friendly" place. I want to inform about the terrible service that they give in this agency. I went to fix the reversing camera and it is only money in the cart with the box and did not know what mechanic was and mr. quintana who was the one who attended has very little character does not have anything nothing just arrives for the car and is paid when the camera is not seen and he did not take responsibility or the service manager does it but they do not know anything cars well and not even they wash the cars when they deliver them and delive... read more
Bought my 2017 Ram 1500 last month. I had a VERY particular list of the things I wanted, 4x4, ram boxes, Lonestar model, even to the color interior and exterior. NO OTHER Dodge/Ram dealer in El Paso, Las Cruces, Alamogordo, had the vehicle I wanted. Other dealers offered to locate the vehicle I wanted and bring it in, even then they couldn't find it and wanted to sell me something else, not here.
